Paul Henry Wolf: How to be a better wolf by FurvusWolf

Paul Henry was a freshfur in high school. However, even though he was so and usually freshfurs get picked on by the seniors, none of them messed with Paul Henry. He was big in muscle and very strong. He could out bench press any of the toughest members of the football team and could out wrestle any members of the varsity wrestling team. He trained religiously in the gym with his father, DJ, Andre, Chet and other muscle furs and he put on solid muscle quick. He loved working out and, like DJ, had a love of mechanics and spent time with DJ at DJ's bike shop working on bikes and motorcycles in his spare time. However, Paul Henry also had a mean streak and got into many fights at school. It did not take much to set him off and this is something that his parents worried very much about him. Paul Henry was getting to be a real pawfull for the school also. With the fact that his mom teaches at the school as a math teacher, this did not help matters. Paul Henry basically thought that he could run the place and that other furs should fear him. This is not how his parents raised him to think, but he rebelled against their wishes. Furvus thought long and hard about what could be done about this and there was only one answer…a bit of a drastic one, but he cared enough for his son to wish to do so and placed a call to a good friend of his. A few days later, a military hummer pulled up outside of the house. A very big blue-furred wolf got out wearing military fatigues. He walked up to the house all business and knocked onto the front door. Michelle answered it and looked up a bit to see the very muscular wolf looking down at her. He basically took up the whole doorway he was so big. She noticed that there was a metal name tag on his right side chest pocket with Marshall Alpha written on it. Lenester did not smile at all and removed his military hat from his head. "Hello ma'am…I'm here for Paul Henry…is he at home?" Michelle nodded in approval. "Yes he is, he's in his room." With this, Lenester walked into the house and nodded at Furvus as he did so. "Hello Furvus…I'll be right back." Furvus nodded as he pointed Lenester in the direction of Paul Henry's room. In his room, Paul Henry was playing a video game as the door of his room was ripped clean off and tossed aside and a very intimidating Lenester growled at him in a deeper growl than Paul Henry ever heard…even deeper than his father's growl. Lenester walked into the room. "Get up pup!" Paul Henry did so. "You've been causing trouble at school and not listening to your parents…you have five minutes to pack a bag…you're mine for the next week….understood?!" Lenester's voice boomed around the walls of Paul Henry's room and Paul Henry nodded in approval. Lenester growled again and walked out of the room and then walked to Furvus and Michelle. "No worries…I'll teach him to be respectful and he'll learn what work is. I'm sure that you two raised him well…now, I just have to aid him to find that within him…in my own ways. Three minutes pup!! Um…sorry about the door also." Furvus and Michelle nodded in approval to this. Furvus reached a paw out to shake Lenester's to witch Lenester returned a shake. "I know that you are doing what you have to for this Lenester and we trust you. He's a good wolf…really, I just think that he's a bit confused right now and I think that spending some time with another teenage wolf will be a great help to him." Paul Henry walked to them caring a bag with a look of fear on his muzzle. Lenester grabbed him by the rear of his shirt and hoisted him off the ground into the air. "We'll be back in a week." Lenester then walked out of the house while still holding up Paul Henry, got to the hummer, opened up a side rear door and tossed Paul Henry inside with his bag. Then Lenester walked around to the front driver's side door, got in and drove away. Michelle hugged Furvus. "I hope that we are doing the right thing Furvus…I mean, that's a Marshall Alpha wolf…you know what they can be capable of." Furvus held Michelle tight. "I trust Lenester and know that he knows what he's doing…everything will work out." Paul Henry stood in a big room on a military base. He was scared out of his mind and was only wearing military fatigue pants and military boots. Lenester stood up from a desk and grabbed a white t-shirt. He himself wore a dark green tank top and military fatigue pants and military boots. To say that he was shredded with muscle was an understatement. He was the biggest wolf that Paul Henry ever saw. Lenester stood in front of Paul Henry. Paul Henry had to look up to see him as Lenester was a good bit taller than him. Paul Henry only came up to Lenester's shredded mid-section and his chest seemed to be the size of the hummer that they rode in on. Lenester growled at him some more. "Do you know who I am pup? I am Marshall Alpha…however, you will never address me as such and if you do…" Lenester walked over to a wall and slammed his right fist into and through it easy as can be and then removed his arm from it…not a scratch on it at all from this. Paul Henry shook with fear at this. Lenester walked back and got into his muzzle. "The only thing that you will address me as is sir…understood!" Paul Henry nodded. "Yes…sir!" Lenester nodded. "Your mine here pup! You think that you are a bad tail and can do what you want at school because you are bigger and stronger than the other furs there? Well, I'm much bigger and a hell of a lot stronger than you…so, I guess this would give me the right to bounce you off every wall here right? Why don't I? Because I have respect and I care for your parents and for Demian otherwise I'd slam my fist though your muzzle for acting the way you have pup!" Lenester tossed the white t-shirt at Paul Henry. "Put this on!" Paul Henry did so. On front of the white t-shirt was Pup written on it in big bold black letters. "You will be called pup, because this is what you act like. You will be called this until I feel that you've earned the right to be called by your name. You will also stand at attention…chest out, shoulders back and you will do this whenever you see me…even if you don't see me, but hear my voice you will do so as I'm your superior. If you don't, it's a thousand push-ups…understood?!" Paul Henry stood at attention as Lenester told him. "Yes sir!" Lenester nodded. "Good…now, to get used to doing this, you will stand at attention for one hour…if you flinch, another hour will be added…another flinch…another hour and so on. You have big muscles and I can tell that you take care of yourself. That's good…for the next week you will need them. I will put you though pain that you never thought existed and it will be though this where you'll learn respect pup!" An hour later Lenester stood back up from his desk. He was a bit impressed as Paul Henry did not flinch one bit through the hour. He had strength and, with this, Lenester knew that he could push him harder. "At ease pup. Now, I will take you to your resting quarters. Tomorrow morning, and every morning for the next week, you will wake up before the sun rises and we will run for ten miles…then the hard work will begin…understood?!" Paul Henry nodded. "Yes sir!" With this, Lenester lead Paul Henry to another smaller room with a bunk in it. "These sheets will look the way they are right now each morning…perfectly folded. You will do this before our run and I will inspect them before so. If I see any creases in them…it's a thousand push-ups…are we clear about this pup?" Paul Henry nodded. "Yes sir!" Lenester nodded. "Good, now light's out in five minutes!" The next morning, Lenester woke Paul Henry up at 4:00 A.M. After ten minutes, Lenester returned to find a crease in the sheets as they were not folded to perfection and Paul Henry was forced to do 1,000 push-ups which he did so. Then, it was a ten mile jog on a trail around the area. After this, a short breakfast and then some training in an obstacle course on the military base, short lunch, more training, dinner, more training and then bed. Each day got tougher and tougher for Paul Henry and Lenester really pushed him to the limits. For every mistake, there were 1,000 push-ups to follow. Paul Henry had to climb ropes over many wooden barriers, carry heavy logs though thick mud, run…run and run some more just to name a few of the things he was forced to do. Everything ached, but he did not give up no matter how hard Lenester pushed him. There was also trust exercises with other furs on the base…team exercises and drills in which Paul Henry did very well at, however Lenester knew that he could push him some more. On the final day, Lenester sat in a military jeep as Paul Henry was harnessed to it and was pulling it up a hill. Paul Henry was struggling walking in some mud up the hill. He collapsed and fell to his knees in a heap on the ground. Lenester angrily put the parking brake on the jeep and jumped out of it. He kneeled next to Paul Henry and placed his paw onto the back of Paul Henry's head and shoved it into the mud. "Go on…give up pup! Go into the mud…it's where you belong. On top of the hill is your parents and Demian and any fur who ever believed in you…and instead of going to them, you'd wish to give up?!" Paul Henry growled at this and looked up out of the mud. Even though they were not really there, he knew what Lenester was trying to say to him. "I want to go to them…I want to go to them now!" Lenester let go of Paul Henry and before he could release the parking brake from the jeep, Paul Henry powered forward, pulling the jeep up the hill with him…its wheels not moving, but just dragging along. Lenester was very impressed by this. Paul Henry seemed to get it now. Lenester rushed up the hill past Paul Henry and watched him. The military pants that Paul Henry wore seemed painted onto the tree trunk-like legs of his as he dug his clawed-paws into the ground with each step that he took. His shredded chest heaved in and out with the deep breathes that he took. Paul Henry growled deep and gritted his sharp teeth as he reached the top of the hill and stood, panting nearly out of breathe, next to Lenester…but he stood at attention. Lenester grinned at him. "Good work…now you are ready to get rid of that shirt that you are wearing...at ease." Paul Henry looked down at the t-shirt that he was given a week back. It was pretty much a rag now and he just tore it off of himself and flung the tattered remains to the ground. He looked up and let out a great howl as his shredded upper-torso flared with amazing definition. Lenester nodded and un-harnessed Paul Henry from the front of the jeep. "Not many furs could have taken this week, but you did…Paul Henry." Paul Henry looked wide-eyed at Lenester. "You earned being called by your name." The two sat down on the ground. Lenester looked at the exhausted Paul Henry. "I hope that this week has taught you something. I saw how well you did in those trust training exercises with the others…probably one of the best I've ever seen at this. You are a strong wolf for sure, but your greatest muscle…that for any fur, is your heart. I know that you can be a great wolf…like your father, you have drive in you. You know what it took to do what you just did? That's the type of drive that most don't have in them. Paul Henry, you have a choice to make…you can either continue on the path that you were heading in and someday be sent to a correctional facility or worse or learn from what you've done here and be the wolf that your parents and friends like Demian raised. You have the ability to be like your father and protect others. Look out for furs in need in school and not be one of those furs that they'd fear. You're young…it's not easy to be a teenager…trust me, I know…but, you have good solid genes in you and furs like your parents or Demian that you can go to for advice. They care for you very much…I mean to have you here with me for a week and allow me to do what I did shows me just how much so…and it should show this to you also. When I told you that they were on top of this hill, it brought out that fire in you…you wanted to go to them no matter what weight was behind you…that's real love and this is why I know that you will grow to be your father's wolf. A wolf that others can go to and trust, but don't do this for your parents or Demian alone…do this for yourself. Do you understand?" Paul Henry nodded in approval. "You're right sir…" Lenester stopped him. "My name is Lenester by the way…you've earned the right to call me by my name as I call you by yours." Paul Henry looked at Lenester and could have sworn that the big blue-furred wolf smiled at him a bit. "Thank you…Lenester…I will remember what I've learned here. You were right…I was acting like a jerk. I will change my ways and be a fur like my father and Demi…er…Demian and Andre and Seth and Chet and…you. A fur with great strength, but also with great compassion. I can be this fur…I know it." Lenester nodded and was taken aback a bit by the fact that Paul Henry would add him to the list of furs who he looks up to. "What do you want to be?" Paul Henry thought a big about this. "I want to be a great bodybuilding fur like my dad. I mean, I really look up to him…and I want to be a great bike mechanic like Demian. I want to work with him at his bike shop and learn more from him. I enjoy repairing bikes and working on motorcycles and he even told me once that when I'm old enough, he'd gladly hire me as an assistant…as long as I can stay out of trouble that is." Lenester nodded. "Those sounds like very good dreams and you should strive for them. Now, how about we head back and you get a good shower and then a good dinner…no offence, but you reek." Paul Henry nodded in approval to this and the two got into the jeep and Lenester drove them back to the base. The next day, Lenester pulled up to Paul Henry's house in the hummer that he drove the week earlier. Instead of getting out of the back, Paul Henry got out from the front side passenger side. Furvus and Michelle walked out of the house and Paul Henry rushed to them and gave them both a huge hug, tears in his eyes apologizing for the things that he did. Furvus and Michelle returned the hugs and rubbed their muzzles against his lovingly. Lenester walked up the walk way. "Attention!" Paul Henry released from his parents and stood at attention to Lenester. Lenester grinned and walked up to Paul Henry and pinned a small medal onto the wolf's shirtfront. "This is to remind you of what you can do and achieve. Remember what you went through this week and remember what you told me on top of that hill. You can do great things and never stop believing in yourself okay?" Paul Henry nodded in approval to this. "I will." Lenester nodded. "Good…at ease." Paul Henry relaxed his shoulders and walked into the house with his mom. Furvus placed a paw onto one of Lenester's shredded shoulders. "Thank you Lenester…you don't know what this means to Michelle and I." Lenester grinned. "I do know what it means and you're welcome. Oh, and there are some logs that need to be moved on the base, so you'd better be over to lend a paw with this and put those muscles of yours to work." Furvus nodded. "I will be there for sure Lenester." Lenester nodded and chuckled a bit. "Good…I'll see you then big bro." Lenester took his leave back to the hummer, waved goodbye and drove off. Michelle walked over to Furvus. "Wait a minute…a Marshall Alpha wolf called you big bro?" Furvus grinned and nodded. "It's a long story Michelle…but, I'll tell it to you sometime." The two walked back into the house.
