This one has been a long time in the making. This idea struck me when I first watched Patlabor 2 back in 2018, but it wasn't until the end of 2020 it started to materialize. I've been chipping away at this since, and finally got it in a state where I'm ready to release it now.

I didn't intend to make a plan for where this would be per se, nor what parties would be involved. I know how to draw Abrams tanks, and how to draw lite cityscapes, so I rolled with what I knew.
