So trying to figure the markings and coloration for my heron/lizard guy. So polling the general public what do you like?
He's a harsh strict sort of fellow thats married to his job.

im rather partial to #2 and #3!!!
as for color i usually choose one that suits the character's personality
maybe dark green or blue for a more quiet, guarded, glaring-at-you-and-judging kinda harshness
but if he's more snappy, hotheaded or prone to actively criticizing, i'd suggest red/orange or the lightish greenidk just my thoughts!!

No that's a very good point. Personality-wise he tends toward the latter. I do like the red/orange.

I'm personally partial to A & C for colour, and 2 & 6 for markings, but that's just me. :3
