Christopher Plummer who stared in the film Sound of Music as Baron von Trapp passed away today. He is the man seen in that famous gif ripping apart a nazi flag. It reminded me that I had learned this sound a couple of years ago with the intent of recording it and never got around to it. I have always really liked this song and found it really endearing. I think of this song a kind of a low key antifascist song given that I know it from this film.
