It da Kenzie

I wanted to draw an ave

I also wanted to try and flesh out which of my anthro wing anatomy ideas I liked more. But I’m still undecided on whether the wing should follow the back of the hand or if it follows the outside digit.

There’s a number of things I just wanted to try and do here and I’m...still unsure otl if u have any ideas, I’m open to critique. For the most part.

EDIT: I think i might need to mention that avian arms are drawn extra long in my universes for a reason. I like to make big wings, you see.

Hello. I want to give some critiques if you don't mind.
I'm really enjoying how this design looks. The head looks wonderful, by the way.
First regarding your wing problem; I'd suggest trying out different styles by just drawing the arms/wings only. See which looks best for you.
Some other things I see are that the silhouette around the bottom half gets a little messy. If the wings are going to be huge, you should try finding a way to have them dragging with style or lettin' those wings spread!
If we're disregarding the length of the arms, that's fine. However, I think I see two anatomical errors on the character's left hip and their left leg. The easier one to mention is that you have the left calf muscle over the thigh. That calf muscle should be behind it. Lastly, the pelvis. Their left iliac crest looks gone. It goes from the ribcage to the meaty part then ASS! While the other side goes from ribcage>meat section>iliac crest bone. Of course, since the character is tilted in a way that you won't see it as much, it still should be indicated.

I hope that helps. Keep up the rad work.

Thank you v much for the critique! I do agree that the lower half’s anatomy is a little weak. I have a less than ideal grasp of anatomy from the waist down. The silhouette matter is also something I’m often forgetful on maintaining.
