Lightweight horn tutorial by FreakSnow
How I make my horns. Thought I'd share...
The materials needed for this are relatively cheap, plus, the horns are super lightweight when finished~
What you need:
- Hot glue gun + glue sticks
- Scissors
- Marker
- Paper
- Thin pieces of felt (wool felt would be best since it's more durable)
- Soft toy stuffing
- Needle + thread
- Acrylic yarn
- Fabric glue
- Tape
- Thin foamies (EVA foam)
- Acrylic paints
- Clear acrylic varnish
Instead of using a clear acrylic varnish, you could also use Plasti Dip or a fabric hardener, like Powertex. But those are more expensive alternatives...
