She's a zombie bunny, or Bombie.

Bombies have a major appetite and are known to eat entire crops.
They're hard to exterminate since they are kinda dead already and tend run after anyone who dares to disturb them. Their bite is highly infectious!
It is said that Bombies prey on any living thing with a big brain when their natural food source becomes scarce.
