This is Doctor Septimus Pretorius, mad scientist extraordinaire. He's the head of management at Haunted Hills Haven.
If he looks familiar, or if his name sounds familiar, it's because he is based upon Dr. Pretorius from The Bride of Frankenstein. I tried my best to make him look like Ernest Thesiger, the actor who portrayed the doctor.
But this was the first attempt and I didn't quite get the nose or age lines right.
