Yupp this awesome dude right here is my PPG O.C. There is actually a lot more to this picture, sort of a ref but i just wanted to post this for now.

He is a altered human, he has special wires throughout his hands and up his arms that allows him to use and control a type of green electricity as a weapon without hurting himself. he has a detachable Pak on his back (attached by 4 magnetic like clips on his back about the size of a half dollar). there is a large thick wire that comes from the Pak and connects to the back of the neck, this allows him to control the pak through brain waves. (he does not need the Pak to use the electricity).

This Pak can also cloak his entire body (clothes and all) so he becomes invisible to the eyes and heat seekers

That is all i have in him as of now.
