First image: Chula got into the fertility drugs that Sarah keeps in her clinic. Now she knows what it these are, but she didn't know how many to take, so she ate them all (thankfully there weren't many left in that bottle). But still, she got punished for it, not for eating those pills, but for taking them without asking.

Second image: couple months down the road, she realized that she should of asked, but at the time all she could think of was getting pregnant, she wanted cubs, now she knows that she can get those drugs, all she has to ask, but she might not, at least not for awhile.
