On a frigid winter night, a layer of snow coats the ground. The aurora overhead is the only visible movement in air that seems almost unnaturally still. Not to be outdone by the sky, the earth puts on its own light show, and breaks the silence.

So this was sitting around half-finished for months and I finally decided to finish it. The combination of red and green in a winter setting vaguely makes me think of Christmas.
I don’t have a name for this volcano. I do have some notions that it’s an andesitic strata volcano that, mostly produces small vulcanian eruptions and occasional lava flows.
