This is the fixed version, the first one, I had forgotten his tail. xD I need to remember to draw the tail whenever I draw him, as I keep doing that... Also made the cracked goggle more profound, and fixed a few minor details.

So, this was a work in progress for the cover for Crossed Gears (sequel to Pony of the Gears, both of which will eventually get uploaded), and I needed to draw Copper for it. Now, he's REALLY beat up at that point, but hey, you would be too if your train exploded. Honestly he doesn't look very happy, but I am very happy with how it turned out. My only complaint is the wing is a little off, but otherwise I think it looks great. Wings are hard...

I couldn't decide how to make scars look fresher than the others... But anyone who knows the story knows what scars he had before.
This was drawn while writing Chapter 5, so that influenced his current appearance. Though at that point he didn't even realize how he looks, as he'd not caught his reflection yet... But hey, he's a very busy pony, and you can't blame him.
