Like a dapple of sunlight through the swaying leaves, he shines on us but can never be held.

He’s not like the other foxes - not so outgoing and gregarious as to let other onto his passions or thoughts. Tell him he’s cute and he’ll just bend over in ticklish agony as the butterflies in his tummy are always too much. Flutter his heart and he’ll flutter away -- always out of reach, just wanting to be.

Will you be his friend though? With all the attention he receives he often feels alone distanced by an air of attraction that pervades his every breath. Tell him he’s a cutie and he’ll just squeak and cover up..
