Since he's meant to be of the legendary "birds" i went for a bit of a swan look for this one rather then the water-dino. Turned out pretty neat imo :)

looks good, yeah lugia confuses a lot of people due to the fact of his statues, but he's manly a dragon due to he's( base off of dragon god of the sea ryugin) He may get a dragon type in the games if they do give him a mega/primal form

A lot of pokes seem to be kind of mashups of a lot of different things, but i'd already seen a lot of people draw him like some kind of water-dino so i thought makin' him a swan to go with Ho-oh and the other birds would be fun :)
