Roxy's attitude might let you think that he's not concerned about what is happening around him as long as it's not something directly affecting him. This is often true, although seems to be more of a defensive mechanism, protecting him from being hurt or bothered by other's concerns. Deep down, Roxy is a very generous and altruistic character, but to avoid being drawn into troublesome situations, he'll only truly give his all for those truly close and important to him.
He can be very proud and sometimes a bit arrogant, even if this is more for show then anything else. He can be somewhat of a trickster, often finding ways to tease and playing pranks on the smaller impling.

Roxy was summoned by the young University Scholar, Fanny. The a wolf-beastkin girl, newly in love with a Knight, another Beastkin of the fox kind, named Clément. Because of their respective jobs, they knew they would have to be separated often. Because of the Wolfkin girls fear of the distance and danger of Clément fighting in far off places, she decided to gift him a very special travel companion, and using her own fur as material, she summoned Lily.
The summoning ritual was a success, and Fanny soon decided to try her luck a second time.
Using the Knight's fur and the scales of an armored lizard, she summoned Roxy.
This way, she believed she would always have a part of him by her side.

Roxy does his very best to protect his master from all harm, using his swiftness and magic sparks to keep her from harm to great success. And in return, also receiving both gratitude and affection from his master who treats him very well. Of course, that duty will be taken up by Clément when he's around, but it's not typically a problem since it means Lily will be back too, and he really likes her.
