After spending a long time stuck as a pair of boxers, Dew the Kobold finally got himself turned back into his normal kobold self. Obviously rather annoyed at having to spend so long as someone's underwear, he quickly set out to try and identify who had the bright idea to run such a dumb experiment in the first place.

It didn't take long for all the leads to point to the dragon known as Uncle Richard.

It took even less time for the angry kobold to come down like a ton of bricks on the unsuspecting dragon, quickly subduing him before firing a transmorphifying device that he had stolen from the lab on his way out right at the poor dragon.

And thus, we reach the point of now. Richard is securely taped up around the kobold, who seems like he wants to make this experience a very, very long experience to drag on for the dragon.
