This was done by   wfa about a week or two ago, an icon for Boss Otter. I dig her icons, and they're pretty cheap at $16. She made a sepia-toned version as well, which I'll put up in scraps later on.

You gotta dig them teefs and that stubby cigar. I picture him talking with one of those fat doggish boss-badguy voices from the Goofy cartoons. I feel like I want to have his number on speed-dial so I can say "I know a guy who knows a guy, and I'm just sayin' not for nothin' but I wouldn't write me that ticket if I were you..."
