I'm sorry I'm a bit late to the party with this due to a blackout yesterday, but yesterday was indeed a great day and we should remember it as the one day our government ACTUALLY did something right for once.

Even though this may not affect me at the moment, I being single and quite young, it is wonderful to see the triumph of the individual yet again and help us create a more perfect union. And if I ever do find someone I would want to marry that i would have that option now.

Though this is a big victory, it is not over yet, nor will it be over for a long time. Discrimination in workplaces and services still linger, and will linger for quite awhile yet. We as homosexuals must remain vigilant against the storm, though we may see a light we are in the eye of the storm with another wave yet to come. So this day rejoice cause tomorrow we will have to buckle down for yet another shitstorm.
