I did this piece more of an homage to one of my favorite places - Roman Nose State Park. I fell in love with the park long before I knew it hosted Oklacon - my dad and I used to go on weekend trail rides to benefit the local hospital and it was always a place I could get lost in.

Even though the memory of the place causes some severe anxiety due to it's association with someone in my past, I'm hoping I can get out there more often to make new memories and hopefully erase the ones that darken the place for me.
