YA'LL, 2024 is out for my throat. Our throat? For the CloverCoin collective throats.

Hoooooof..... Well, we survived 2 job lay offs in the past year. We just got a new amazing job Feb 2024. We were just about to start building up savings again and get comfortable again / caught up on vet visits, healthcare, and most importantly dental.

But noooo no nope.

We have just accidentally found out that our property rental place will not be renewing our lease. We've been asking for it over and over since December and they have been ignoring us / we didn't think much about it... Well this month a "realtor" has been visiting our home with several people and we talked to him to find out he's actually the new owner of our home. And he will need us out by the end of June.

We were pretty shocked, we had no idea we would need to even consider moving. We have been living in this rental for about 7 years now and have been extremely happy here. Always pay the rent on time and kept yard clean. Before we always had a 6 month notice if they were not going to renew our lease. And when we reviewed the latest least, we noticed it's not the end of August like we expected our lease to be over. It was 2 months EARLIER, the end of June. Just a lot of information we weren't aware of and took us by surprise.

So if we had not talked to this stranger coming in and out of our house, we literally would have had no idea we needed to move this summer. Mind blowing.

So... We're on to our next emerg---- ADVENTURE! We'll keep you all updated the best we can. We're going to start cleaning and packing up the house until we find another rental unit we can move into safely with 3 dogs. (weeps, renting with a rottie is so hard!)

UPDATES FOR PATREON:

We are getting caught up on sticker and merch reward mail outs this month. Depending how quickly we find a new place to move into, we may need to pause the patreon page for a month or two while our merch is packed up for moving. We'll make sure to update you all if/when it happens!
