Commission for ooskycatoo

This one is kinda special. Haven't drawn ferals for a while and had an itch for it. So, when SkyCat commissioned me for artistic freedon illustration and I saw a feral version on her reference, I was all over it!
Also, added full BG for free, because felt like that. I dont want my art to be tons of characters just floating in the air.
