One of my other OCs, this is Petrov the Pokémutant, a hybrid of Ultra Beast and Pokemon. 

Being a product of the Aether Foundation's Pokemon and Ultra Beast hybridization program, there are times where he has to put on the Foundation uniform, and he doesn't enjoy the restrictive clothing one bit. He's much more comfortable in looser, more casual attire.
