His name is Gustav Fiala. A ditto who is just mildly obsessed with a certain legendary.

Honestly it all started as a joke. There's more to this guy, but I thought I'd test upload before I do anything en masse.

He started with me photoshopping a top hat onto a Lunala in a chat I'm in and it's only gone downhill from there. He's now a character of mine I hope to utilize for awhile to come. Already a month on, a record for a derp origin character for me!
