Hildegard used to be very popular due to her consecutive wins in martial arts tournaments across the globe, but fate dealt her a bad hand when she and her trainer were confronted by a group of bandits. What resulted was the accidental death of her trainer due to her spikes. Fleeing in despair, Hildegard lost her pride completely and filed down her spikes in shame. After frequent nightmares, she came to the conclusion that her trainer's aura had merged with hers, and she now sets out with great determination to defeat other strong fighters and absorb their aura to one day bring her beloved trainer back. She creates a shaky alliance with the malevolent Delphox, Witchfox, in order to utilize her black magic to revive him when she has reached her max aura capacity, which is yet to come. In return, Hildegard carries out Witchfox's biddings from time to time.
