This particular one would be from the Crow Kingdom, where masks are a cultural thing. Everyone wears one as a sign of equality.

This was originally going to be the Catfolk Racial Profile, then I wanted to show the entire Bird, making the person smaller. Afters shrinking it, I decided to go with a Crow Kingdom Human instead, since a masked catfolk would have been a poor example for the racial profile anyway.
