In 2007, I discovered that a local music shop was putting on an art show and wanted people to submit art that was oriented around the theme of family. "Aha!" I thought, "This is a great way for me to get local exposure!" So I decided to do a sculpture. Two days later, this was the result.

Sculpey Firm over foil and wire armature, with acetate and apoxie sculpt wings, airbrushed and detail painted with lovely metallic cheapo acrylics and sealed with varnish.
