You can't breath in the large sea of feelings you are drowning in

Sadness is the whip, gash, and what pours out from us all when our heart is pierced.
Don't let the sadness become your life, but feel it course through and let it out once in a while.
It doesn't have to be large, but let it out sometimes. Life gets better, but sadness accumulates like debt,
