with just what is on the site i got it down to 411.3 idk what the goal is

When i resize it for 100x100 the smallest i could get the file was 57.7k, when i need it to be 50k (and the frames looked terrible)
And I use an incredibly ancient animation program to do all my gifs lol. JASC animation shop.
I make the frames on SAI, save them as .png, and import them into the animation program-
ill see how bit it is when i resize it

hmm im impressed you got it down to 57.7 the smallest i got with out being overly destructive was 69.7

although on mine all the frames look "normal"

the smallest i could get even with getting it rally bad looking was 52.7 but its real bad only thing could see is to cut some frames and lengthen out the other to pad it out a bit
let me know if you want my 52.7 version
