An idea of a jacket with ears, beak and paws I did a while back. The paws are actually built in gloves, so you could put your hands in and get warm~
It has on oversized hoodie and I wanted to make it long enough to cover at least up to my thighs. And don't ask how the ears would stay up like that...
I did it for me, so it's for girls, but I wanted it to be unisex if it was actually made.
