Right, This is Lilith, as you see she's a pikachu. She's the last of the original man made pokemorphs. She was found already fully grown but had not been born yet. she has been in stasis for over a century. She was adopted by the military family that found her and she is going to join the military with her parents.

What other secrets this unusual pikachu has will have to wait till I show them in the story (or figure them out since I have no idea)
