I present to you... Fallen's Seraph form (aka Spirit form)! I've been working on this baby for over three weeks on and off and I finally finished it today! This is another image that's going onto Fallen's ref sheet, albeit without the background (which I actually fully painted, something else I haven't done in a long time either)

Some info about Fallen's Seraph form:

As a Spirit Guardian, Fallen’s job is to aid in the transition of all the world’s spirits to their final destinations while protecting them from creatures who prey on spirits. In her Dragon form, Fallen has limited communiation with the world’s spirits; she must ascend to her Seraph form, or Spirit form, in order to properly control them and to be able to speak with them. By ascending, Fallen temporarily gains a secondary element, Spirit. Fallen reverts back to her Dragon form once she completes her tasks.

In her Seraph form Fallen is completely blind, but does not require sight to do her guiding. Instead, she channels her spirit energy through her hands to create a scythe, which helps to attract wandering spirits. The "halo" around Fallen's head contains more spirit energy and allows her to create a cloud of "galactic miasma"; this cloud is a like a gate, or portal, to other worlds and dimensions through which the wandering spirits she gathers travel to.
