I gotta name this boy! He's so cute!

The drawing was really fun to make! I Keep making his ribbons a little too short and I need to re-learn hands(Ugh), But I'm happy with the shading! I used blue to shade his blonde hair and I love it!

I'm just so upset I can't think of a name for him that I like. Even my fantasy gibberish is failing me!
