The physical drawing of this makes the hair on my arms and neck stand up, makes my heart rate rise, and I start trembling.

The literal second I put the pen down and looked at the drawing in it's entirety. I had that reaction.

I put the drawing away for a while and forgot about it. I accidentally flipped to it while I was going through my sketch book and the feeling is still there

The digital conversion of the drawing doesn't affect me as much as the physical drawing.

I have NEVER felt like this towards any type of media, EVER.

I drew this with the intention of making the creature simply angry.
This image doesn't instill anger to me. It instills Fear.
It's nothing more than a drawing, but it's like causing me to have some kind of fight or flight reaction.

Whatever this reaction is, it's old. Older than me and anyone else alive today.
It's an ancient feeling that I have never felt the likes of before.
