Myself and one of my bicycles, all dressed up for the Skagit County retro bike ride. (I won best vintage costume :D )

This bike is a 40's era Hercules King (exact year unknown, unfortunately). It is my primary long-distance and commuter cycle. Hercules was a British maker of bicycles in the early 1900's until they were bought out by Raleigh in 1961. A fun thing this bike has is a Herc-U-Matic 3-speed internal hub, unique since most bikes of the time used Sturmey Archer hubs.
