I can't remember the date I began this one, but I do know it didn't take me six months this time. Yay!

Like Orion before him, Riku gets to use an ultimate power for his respective element (although he seems more strongly associated with ice than water, but I digress). Also like Orion, his design is a composite of various deviations dating from 2007(8?) to 2012. Due to the lack of drawings in comparison to the other dragons, more creative liberties were taken, but not so much as to make him unrecognizable (Art III in HS did teach me how to clone very well). Aside from looking like he's applied too mach make-up powder, I like how this ended up. I'm going to redo it in due time (along with that prior abomination), but I like as it is now.

The technique shown is W80/80, Wrath of Seas:

"The final and ultimate water technique, given by Krakt, Master of Seas. The user of this attack can control the tides of Dracex, and as such all four oceans; attack power increases dramatically. This ability has the power to wipe out the planet."

Perhaps Riku is using this as revenge for not being drawn in so long :XD:
