They've been brought to a different world because of a wish, and that wish takes away something from them.
For Lucia (the blue-ish green/"gray" one) some of her body parts aren't really connected properly so they can easily be detached from the stitches. lol-
And what did the wish took from Julie?

He doesn't have a neck, so he wears that collar to keep his head "attached" to his body

Wait he's a boy 0_0? Oh boy I thought it was a girl for the fur color and the hair! Nor I knew that Julie is a name for a guy, and if he doesn't have a neck how can he swallow?
