It shows him since he is the boss of the stage team
He and his awesome team do great lights and sounds and more for the shows that are shown in the main stage at EF :)

Oh that is sweet why do I have some feeling that particular picture somehow is resembling Jaric. Wonder in the ConOps sign would consider of two dragons rule hard working volunteers :P
