Monster concept I had back on finals and I had to put it down on paper. Finally got to digitizing it lately.

He's a monster who rubs unused wigs on his belly since people have been using hair growth formulas and no longer need wigs. This promotes him to grow even fluffier and hairy. He hates toupes but somehow he has one.
