By agreeing to commission this artist you agree the to terms of the Terms of Service (ToS) outlined below. The ToS is subject to change as needed.

Service Definition

• The commissioner is purchasing consultation with the artist. The artist will accept ideas, concepts, and/or characters to be used in a future product created if deemed acceptable within the service restrictions.

• This service is not the purchasing of digital imagery.

Service Restrictions

• The artist is given permission to use any unique characters owned and provided for by the commissioner for use in the creation of the image; this includes any provided materials/references/information.

• Unique characters must be owned by the commissioner, or granted permission from the original owner.

• Copyright of unique characters depicted in any product created belong to their respective owners.

• The product will be created to the best of the artist's ability, with considerations to the price point, and level of difficulty.

• The result of the consultation will be displayed freely in the artist's gallery, or any free publicly accessible domain.

• The completed product is owned by the artist and reserves the right to do whatever he wishes with it.

• No refunds are offered upon the completion of the product.

• The artist reserves the right to refuse any idea presented to him for any reason.

• The artist will not create imagery that will depict minors in harmful situations.

Distribution

• All products created by the artist can be freely distributed by any party.

• All products created by the artist are owned by the artist and are not to be sold for distribution by outside parties in any medium without his consent.

Payment

• The artist reserves the right to not accept ideas into the next project until full payment is made.

• Payment is made in USD (subject to change should the CAD become significantly more valuable).

Donations

• Funds maybe given to the artist as a donation but no service or product is promised for a donation.
