I was listening to a playlist of songs that I used to listen to frequently years ago and I was suddenly struck with inspiration to draw this when a certain song started playing.

Azarain is one of my oldest characters and has gone through some major changes since I first created him. The characters in the background are parts of his first lifetime back when he was an eevee. A lot happened during that time, but most of it didn't fit well with each other as I'd draw him based on what was on my mind, which was a bit all over the place.
