I have finally decided this cat will be known as Ceto!

Deciding a name for them... I think I will call them Atlantis for a few reasons.
I forgot the name I originally settled with.
And Atlantis was not only easy to remember, it being a lost city under water and this character being a lost being with water tank for a head would match nicely.

But I couldn't spell Atlantis, I had to look it up.
