Some random person from OkCupid went out of their way to tell me that I looked like a serial killer the other day. =(

I’ve never been insecure about my appearance, and I know I’m a grown man, but that was really mean. Plus, it got to me in a way it shouldn’t have because I’m an advocate of non-violence. I don’t want to be seen as the thing I am not.

That sort of feedback, on top of my sleep deprivation and stress from a busy week of work, helped create this piece.
