Sam the Tasmanian Devil. He's Gwen's ex-boyfriend from college. His father is the head of the college, which he tends to get away with a lot of shit because of that. In public he's mellowed out and friendly, but behind closed doors he's volatile, abusive, and sociopathic. He kept Gwen under his thumb for a long time because he threatened to get her kicked out of the school, which is one of the more prestigious colleges. Verbal abuse, physical abuse, psychological abuse. Just :C

When she finally had enough and tried to break up with him, he exploded in rage, and started beating her, and actually bit off a chunk of her ear. Sam even went as far as attempting to rape her, but doing so triggered her fight-or-flight response, and she changed into a large dog-lion beast. Tho, she was unable to control her beast form, and went on a rampage, causing massive damage to a building that was part of the college, and injuring Sam in the process. Police never found out who destroyed college property, but Sam and his father knew.

His father threatened that if she went to the cops about their abusive relationship, he'd spill the beans on her, then expelled her before she could finish.

A few years later, he's trying to track her down again....supposedly to apologize and get her to take him back...
