My new character!, Wilhelm (or Will).. an Adventurous Dragon. He's the rare type of dragon who produces water through his tail (he's like..never thirsty? XD).. Also, he can use the water within him to Self-Expand/Bloat out himself Big, Wide and ROUNDLY.. Perfect to get away from certain situations?..Perhaps x3

Oh, the small, normal version is 7ft tall.. The bloated self hasn't been fixated yet, but like...12ft?..nearly twice his height?
