A mask project started in early 2015, it was completed in September 2015 and made its debut at the Hysterium haunted attraction’s clown rooms. Though not necessarily a horrific figure, Jalopy is most certainly an unpredictable personality that wanders about in a singularly peculiar state of mind. Jalopy could be a zany clown, a cartoon character on the lam or a traumatized human that has retreated into a deep-seated childhood fantasy. One day I hope that Jalopy will find where it truly belongs, but until then it is doomed to bounce around on the whims of the world.
