So this was a very rewarding piece to do. I am quite happy with the turn out. This started as a test piece and I took it to completion. You may have noticed the rifle, or the costume. If you know of Dusk and my works already, than you know he was a swordsman. I decided to change that as I feel that I am far more drawn to (and have been for some time) imagining him as a more modern sort, sort of utilizing a "rifle-fu" type of style. There is nothing like awesome gunplay and in his world with his back ground that just made more sense for him. I also tried giving him a costume that I feel will become iconic for him more or less. I was thinking of old,tattered world war 1 and 2 sorts of things with a few more modern and j-fantasy inspired trappings. I sort of want that "Soldier that has been in the battle field and seen too much" effect with his design. Swift, (the wolf) is still attached to his weapon and actually acts as a spotter for him at times when he actually has time to sit back and chose his target. The weapons is a demon based weapon as she is a demon and the shots have supernatural properties. She is Swift but the gun itself, Dusk named, "Endsong"

I'll probably go and edit my first comic pages to incorporate his new design instead of the first one as I like this far far better.
