It didn't take long to figure that my changees were caused by the weather: Dry skies left me human, but the littlest touch of rain, and it would leave streaks of blue where it touched my skin. I first learned to stay indoors when it rained, but after that, learned that maybe my Dragonair powers to control the weather were retained while I was human. That maybe I could protect myself from the rain when I needed to stay human... And that I could call forth a drizzle when I wanted to become my other self.
