Ahhhh, Cyrus was so much fun to draw! He just seems so relaxed all the time~

So I originally had a theme going for this, but after watching Disney Channel for three hours, my mind wandered and I guess this happened.
In other news, I've learned I should probably practice backgrounds more considering they're clearly not my strong point.
