So I picked up Far Cry 3 for a song the other day, and I did the first outpost-clearing mission like 4 times because I wanted to do it perfectly and get 3 times the XP. I didn't know it's basically impossible that early on in the game. The third time I almost completely aced it, just had the dog left… turns out you can't do a stealth melee takedown on a dog, right? Ruined. 4th time, the dog somehow sees me through a wall and I panicked and pushed the grenade trigger instead of the gun trigger. Yeah.
