Here we have Atomic Apocalypse the Leader of the ChotA introducing himself to Drakon and the other RHC Leading Crew.
Drakon, Pyron and Markor all have been hit by Blasts of Atomics nuclear powers while Nitha trys to get her brother up on his feet again...
He could have wipe them out all in one hit by his suprise attack but as a classic evil leader he is overconfident and just 'introduced' himself to them before leaving and letting the weak Hybrids life.

Well since Atomic is highly able to regenerate his body and also produce any kind of Radiation he's able to take on many enemys alone and then he also has his ChotA behind himself.. a sect of Mutants far more worse then any Raider Pack in the Wastelands and only the Human Alliance by now is strong enoth to be able to hold them in check.
Drakon and his Crew are by now just a thorn in his side... but things will change in the Future.
